Coverage Area
We currently have local appraisers that service San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Corpus Christi, Midland/Odessa, Uvalde, Del Rio, Lubbock, Waco, and Rio Grande Valley. If we don't have an appraiser in a particular area, we will try to locate one for you as quickly as possible and get your order processed.
Our Process
Once you have ordered your appraisal, we will assign it to an appraiser from your panel of appraisers.
Once the order has been accepted, the appraiser will set up an appointment to view the property.
Effective 2016; we now require payment in advance; once the order has been accepted we will e-mail a payment link for you to process payment or you are welcome to send the credit card authorization form for us to process. After payment has been received we will upload the paid in full invoice.
Once the appraiser completes the report we will upload to either UCDP or EAD and provide the SSR’s, compliance certificate and deliver the report to you.
The portal allows you to send messages if you have questions or concerns and our staff will answer as quickly as possible to ensure any issues are addressed.
We prefer that revision requests or reconsideration of the report be noted on the portal so we can have a record of all communication regarding the report.
